Heats food evenly, no cold or overcooked spots. I’ve heated up frozen tamales in 45 minutes, and frozen breakfast sandwich in 25-30 minutes. Food will stick and burn if you don’t turn it, so get a thin silicone baking liner from dollar store and cut it to the size of the bottom of the pan. Makes it nonstick surface and still heats food.
